A few days ago a package arrived in the mail from IZEA. There were 3 items in the pack for my review. I was very excited, mainly curious to check out the items as I read about them at IZEA and found them rather interesting. I was very surprise the items were so neatly packed with tissue papers around them.

The items included were:

• Insta Snow Fake Snow Powder
• Rootbeer Smencils Gourmet Scented Pencil
• Ambient Video Fireplace DVD

Let me tell you, when I open the package, I already was smelling rootbeer everywhere. I wasn’t sure about it until I really saw the Gourmet Scented Pencil. This pencil is actually stored in a tube container to preserve the scent. What so impressive about this pencil beside having such a great scent is this special pencil is made 100% from recycled newspapers. I like their catchy slogan, “Saving trees … one pencil at a time.”

The next item I tried was the Ambient Fire Video Fireplace DVD. I saw the pretty fireplace pictures at the back of the DVD and I know I have to turn it out to check it out. This is a great Christmas gift for all people. The fireplace video is so clear because all scenes were shot in High Definition. It looks exactly like your ‘real’ fireplace, may be better. You can choose different 9 scene shots which include a modern fireplace, stone fireplace, just logs, saucy flames, campfire, and more. Besides that you can even customizable your playlists with the different type of music playing at the background. With this DVD you can have fireplace anywhere you go, outdoor or indoor. Just use a laptop to play the DVD and you can even have a fireplace in your car while moving.

As for the Insta snow, I haven’t really got to it yet. I think this is a great item to send to friends and family who spending Christmas season without snow. Hmm … my sister lives in Australia, may be I can send this to her.
