Once a year there will be a Renaissance Faire held in Los Angeles County.  The next coming up event will be at Santa Fe Dam Recreation Area in Irwindale from April 5th to May 18th 2008.  To get ready for this Faire, you may want to start looking up for theme appropriate costumes.  It is always more fun and exciting attending the Renaissance Festival in the renaissance clothing.

I had always wanted to attend this event but didn’t because I couldn’t find the right costume. But this coming year, I will definitely be going dressed as a noble lady in an Irish dress, just like the picture in this post. I found it at Renstore dot com, an online store that has a huge selection of Medieval and Renaissance costumes. They also have a retail store at Tucson, AZ which opens to public from Monday to Saturday.
