HupSeng
Are you a Malaysian?  May be if you are, you will be familiar with the product above.  It is the Hup Seng Cream Crackers.  I can find this here at the San Gabriel Asian Grocery Super Store in San Gabriel.  The price has increase to $1.39 for a pack of 500g.  I used to buy this for $1.09 a pack.  I believe the increase is pretty much related to the gasoline increase too as transportation prices went up in the recent months.

So how do you like to eat your Cream Crackers?  I eat this pretty much during the winter time when I have my breakfast with a cup of hot chocolate.  Dip this into the hot chocolate and take it out immediately.  It is also good with Malaysian ‘kopi-oh‘ (black coffee).  You can even eat this by spreading jam or ‘kaya‘ (coconut egg jam).

These cream crackers contain no artificial coloring and no preservative.  I am glad I am able to find them locally, or else I would have to bring back with me from Malaysia everytime I visit.

I used to like to dip it in Milo but I haven’t bought this for a long time. Time to go to the grocery store. :)

It is nice to have hot chocolate in the cold days like this … so go go get your KIAM PIAH!
