My uncle owns a company who runs computer/server room services for major corporations in Malaysia. They have a special building they built with all the requirements for a perfect computer room and rent out spaces to offices and organizations which demand of such a service.

usbtemperaturealert.jpgI worked with his company for a short time and have known from the engineers how important it is to have the temperature in the computer room to be perfect and hence all the big air conditioning units needed to build such a room. I am not sure if they are using any temperature sensor alert at this moment but I will probably recommend him to try Temperature@lert USB Temperature Monitor, a USB temperature sensor which is powdered by the computer USB port and never needs any batteries or AC power adapter. It is very accurate and can report temperatures from -40°F to +200°. The user can customize alert message to be sent through email to notify any changes in the room’s temperature. This small equipment will help them to increase their customer support system for their clients.
