Sushi mold and rice scoops

Our family love eating sushi and it is getting more and more expensive to buy them at the store. So we want to save the cost and try making them at home. I bought several sushi molds to help with my sushi making adventure. They were all from 98 cents Marukai store in Gardena. Each pack for $1.50 plus sales tax. Here you see above are a slim sushi roll mold, a set of large and small triangular rice-ball molding trays and 2 mini rice scoops.

I know Japanese can make the rice ball using their bare hands. It is easier for me to use the mold as it shape the rice ball neatly and perfectly. They are easy to wash and the sushi or rice ball comes out easily from the molds (as long as the rice is not overly sticky).
