We decided with the Elmo’s theme for Brandon’s 2nd Birthday Party at the Park. Two weeks ago we were at Party City on Hawthorne Blvd in Torrance. We bought the above items.

Here they sell the party supplies half off the suggested price. For example, the Elmo 8 pcs 9″ paper plates regular suggested retail price is $3.79 but we only paid $1.89 plus sales tax. The Elmo Satin finish 54″ x 96″ table cover only $2.89 plus sales tax and the Elmo 16 pieces 13″ x 13″ luncheon napkins at $1.99 plus sales tax. We got an extra light blue color 54″ x 108″ table cover for a second picnic table just in case.

The paper plates and napkins were made in USA while both the table covers were made in China.
