Triaminic Cough Strips

Last month when we visited the Pediatrician because my son was coughing with slight fever, the doctor recommended the Children’s Triaminic Thin Strips. She gave us 3 samples to try at home. Let me tell you, this is the most innovative creation. Now, I don’t have to mess around with liquid cough drops as when my son first try taking those, he spit out most of it and his shirt ended up in a messy purple color.

With this thin strip, I just fold it into half and ask him to open his mouth and insert it on his tongue. He can’t spit it out as it melts immediately when he closed his mouth. So we went to Walmart and bought a box for $5.24 for 14 strips. We also got the BabyRub Soothing Ointment by Vicks for $4.09 to help with his breathing.
