This frozen Chicken Drummettes from Trader Joe’s is very helpful when I needed some meat as our dinner dishes. First thing of all, my son loves it. We usually serve it with rice. The patty is made with boneless white chicken meat and breaded. The ingredients include chicken breast, water, natural butter flavor, sea salt, spice extractives and cotton seed oil. The patty is battered with water, modified food starch, wheat flour, rice flour, sea salt, spices and canola oil. It is then breaded with bleached wheat flour, stone ground whole wheat flour, yeast, sea salt, sunflower oil, caramel (color) and malted barley flour. The drummettes are then browned in expeller pressed canola oil.
